Cards CEO (Cards Collection Editor & Organizer) displays, creates and organizes cards. Each card is stored as an individual file and the folder chosen to store it is the container of the collection. An user can see and share these cards copying the folder or individual cards as needed with the operative system file manager or within Cards CEO.

Cards CEO is mean to be flexible in order to store any kind of card information from Trading Card Games to more generic content like people or movies.

The major feature for this release is the filter panel along some bug fixes and an updated quick guide.

The bundle version includes, as before, test plug-ins and sample date (for test purpouse only). Besides it also includes the text files used to generate the sample data. They are located under the sample_data folder

As before, this release is a zip file and it doesn't have an auto installer. This will be done when the software comes more stable and complete.

The site has a small new feature: a developer's blog. This is not going to be a "just for developers" blog. It will include general thoughts about the development, including changes and new features, but trying to keep the technical lingo to a minimum.

Cards CEO, as for now, is on pre-alpha state, meaning that it has an executable ready, but it is not feature complete. This pre-alpha version will be soon available for final-user testing and feedback. The first step is to have the source code available.

Features done are:

  • Individual card creation, modification and deletion
  • Card mass creation through tab-spaced text file import.
